A Sweet & Neat High Anti-Oxidant Treat! Yogurt Covered Berries.

I saw this on tumblr a few days ago and it’s pure genius. Dip your favorite berry in Greek yogurt, freeze, and eat. Could a healthy snack be any more simple? Since I’m all about anti oxidants I decided to dip strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries in yogurt.  I placed them on wax paper and left them in the freezer for about an hour. What a great snack! Especially for those of us who are cubicle bound at work. Put away the chips and grab a handful of frozen yogurt berries! Hope you enjoy!
